It's a kitschy place where you can tell the owner is trying to make it nice (he checked us in, great guy). It was clean, quiet, and met our expectations. We'd stay there again.

Doesn't do breakfast. Location is fine if you want to be in Lovingston or near Amherst or nearby towns.
